A new drug marketed for RPL(Early unexplained early preg loss-RPL) used in India for last 2 decades is Bharglob (Human Normal Immunoglobulin)-dispensed as 16.5% Inj ampules for I M use at 3 on weekly basis. that it is being manufactured by Bharat Serum & Vaccines Ltd marketed by Diva/ or Passi Health com. It is not IVIG that some of us are using but it is by I M route. We were using in benefit of doubt the basic principle is it prevents the rejection of graft . As such there may be some role in BOH and even in ANA POSITIVE PATIENTS
