Post evacuation what to note besides beta HCG
initially in Serum /Later in Urine . ----- According to WHO the salient points
to be considered after evacuations and prior to imitation of chemo are 1)
age, 2)Antecedent preg, 3) Interval
period between primary mole and later reappearance of symptoms (? Chorio Ca), 4) blood group, 5) site & No of metastasis, 6) prior chemo IF ANY . Post- evacuation contd haemorrhage for
couple of weeks... WHO scoring is a modification of Bagsawe scoring? Charring
Cross Classification of established GTN is also another modality of scoring and
selecting appropriate Chemo. Overall risk of turning ordinary moles (I mean
complete moles) which we come across varies from 10-30% but there are series
where only 1 in 40 moles turns out to be Ca in later life racial differences
are great, not to speak of Singapore, China, Japan.
