Bharglob inj (16,5%) as a means of prevention of Rec Preg loss or Rec implantation Failure ,

 Bharglob:-

As soon as pregnancy is confirmed. every 21 days till 20 weeks. Can be continued till 28 weeks in case of RPL or say RIF(recurrent Implantation Failure). Some have reported good results in cases of unexplained pregnancy losses but have to use as  soon as pregnancy is confirmed . Then every 21 days for the first trimester. May also be used in APLA along with Ecosprin 150 & LMWH It should be continued till 28 weeks. It works best for recurrent first trimester abortions. Can be started prior to pregnancy. Every 21 days IM shot till 28 weeks. Works by taking care of immunity as a reason of recurrent abortions. Quite often it is unaffordable to low socioeconomic class? P rice is 1380/-

Bharglob 16.5% Injection is used to strengthen the body's natural immune system to lower the risk of infection in persons with weakened immune system. It is made from healthy human blood that has a high level of certain defensive substances (antibodies), which help fight infections.

Bharglob (16.5% ) Injection has been shown to be effective in preventing infections in bone marrow transplant patients > 20 years of age in the first 100 days post-transplant. It is used in the treatment of patients where antibody-forming capacity is severely impaired thereby subjecting them to greater risk of infections. Bharglob 16.5% Injection provides antibodies that one’s  body is not making on its own so one can fight infections. Both children and adults can have this therapy. It is administered as an injection. one’s doctor will monitor her for some time after the administration of Bharglob 16.5% Injection to check for any side effects.

Bharglob 16.5% Injection may sometimes cause side effects like back pain, chills, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), dizziness, headache, nausea, decreased blood pressure, and muscle pain. If one’s get any of these, or other side effects, or just feel unwell, she should tell your doctor. There may be ways of preventing or reducing these effects
