Who are ideal candidates for Ovarian Drilling?? LOD fo whom?. Indications of Overlain Drilling : Should ideally fulfill all the four criteria : like 1) Letrozole /CC resistant PCOS , lean women in particular 2) Women with high LH > 12 on day 3 of spontaneous period 3) High levels of androstenedione(Normal levels in women are between 0.7 to 3.1 ng/mL. Elevated levels may indicate PCOS.)   4) Women who warrant laparoscopy for other palpable pelvic diseases / clinical symptoms 5) Previous hyperresponse to superovulation which was used for IVF protocol for  which cycle had to be canceled.
