WHO 2010 : “manuals for Lab examination of human semen were
published in 1980, 1987, 1992,1999 and lastly in 2010, Members will be
surprised to know that the total number of males studied(n) was only 1953!!!
Will members believe this. That too menst were recruited for this widely used
reference are only from 3 continents, , 8 courtiers and only 5 studies were taken
into account to publish TTP(time two –to-pregancy) !!! Normal sperm manual data
was retrieved from European males only and not a single S E males were taken
into preparing Nomograms like 5, 50, 95 centile. Those who boast of so called
foreign guideline, RCOG guidelines may kindly read an article titled “Will the new WHO Standards for
