Pyospermia

Pyospermia: by peroxidase stain, Pus cells if too high then such deed WBC will continue to secrete ROS and damage the sperms in the ejaculated semen ,But how to be sure that such cells are really P cells and not Round cells or spermatids?? How to diagnose ?? People like to have baby within 2 yrs if female partner is > 31 yrs and trying time is > 1 yr.
 A) clinical examination of husband to notice varicocele, epididymitis, prostatitis, b) scrutinize  the semen analysis report carefully if too many pus cells are at high field (not be confused with spermatids by peroxidase stain), if > 10 p cells  per high field then offer antibiotics to both partner
