Anti sperm antibodies:-In some rare cases of UNEXPLAINED  SUBFERTILITY --the presence of anti sperm antibodies due to testicular damage of any etiology may lead to presence of A) In him:-circulating anti sperm antibodies in him which may cause agglutination which may be detected by simple tests  of sperm-"Slide agglutinating method." B) In her:-Equally it is possible that some women may develop anti sperm antibodies against her partners sperms and as these antibodies circulates freely then IF she happens to be secretor-(not all ab are secreted in the Cx mucus) -? Then such anti sperm antibodies may be present in her Cx mucus and may cause lysis (Cytolysing ab) or agglutination of sperms at Cx level(agglutinating) .As an effect , It is claimed that any Cx breach at Cx --or minor cellular damage may promote abs of sperms / or its membrane particles of sperm  >leading to abs of her partners sperm into blood stream, of wife and then stimulate her lymphocytes and stimulate production of anti sperm antibodies or can yield to failure to penetrate of Zona / Syngamy process à eventfully  Fertilization failure
