genetics of myoma ??

Myoma –is it really benign in truest sense? Or it is akin to cancer so far harassment / expenditure/ blood tr/ day loss? DALY  along with any cancer?? ???? Cores of   rupees are being spent by Indian women & their family members due to simple beningn myoma –this is in vogue for several decades. To add to the problem the problem of subfertility is an added headache : Why a woman develop fibroid at all???? No answer to us !!!!  Etiology of myoma. Can we prevent liked ca cx / HBSAF/Tdap /Polio vaccine ???? Yes /No  : Am I dreaming ?? Why not to dream to make myoma to zero in India and  by achiedving that  make woman’s life in Indian women ??

Genetic of Myoma:--Kill  the chromosomes 12 and 14,   deletions of chromosome 7 as was 21  as men & women were shot dead at a Mall in a restaurant at Hong  Kong yesterday  !! Why not to point your gun against these 4 chromosomes –who fail to produce mismatch repair genes . Abnormal molecules DNA synthesis is not uncommon and any abnormal DNA production is normally , I repeat abnormal DNA s are quickly repaired by normally existent mismatch repair genes.  Such mismatch REPAIR of abnormal  DNA synthesis is common even in very cell Divion be it meiosis or mitosis. Any Deficincy  of friendly  mismatch repair gene may initiate Cancer ..

Some nonsense DNA produced during division of myoma cells (myocyte)  during natural division there is some  nonsense genes which overproduces abnormal quantum of DNA . Such huge abnormal DNA production in some women can’t be repaired by are unable to repair the defective bye product DNA ??
