What may be earliest symptom of PCO ??

Lab tests of PCO-What tests are unnecessary?  
Ask  for following lab tars :_:Such universal  Lab tests  in suspected PCO are :- TSH,  TPO antibodies  PRL, LFT , Lipid, Creatinine(s if u intend to prescribe metformin in young PCO well, serum creatinine & LFT is  must) . Ovarian imaging is seldom necessary but one can go ahead with Vit-D, Homocysteine, CRP if affordable . In cases of excess abnormal hair growth may perform DHEASO4 and oi 17 OH progesterone. Not to ask for following lab test : serum insulin, HBA1c ,Testosterone, Debaser (if no cause is detected but there is evidence of hyperandrogenism), Testosterone (only if virirlism  or hirsutism of recent onset), If hirsute the ovarian  imaging.
